Here is a message from _: As your anonymous food critic, I can’t tell you very much about myself, but I will reveal that I’m a New Yorker. Not a transplant or a “just over the bridge in New Jersey” New Yorker, but a real one. I’ve been eating and working in the city’s restaurants since I was a kid, so I’ve dined at many of them, have acquired some insider knowledge, and hold a lot of strong opinions that I’m ready to spill.
