Youmna Melhem Chamieh
Youmna Melhem Chamieh is a French-Lebanese writer who grew up in Paris and currently lives in New York. She has written for British Vogue, Zoetrope, the Financial Times magazine, and Harper's Bazaar.
Youmna studied political science and literature at Harvard College. There, she was a writer for the Harvard Lampoon and editor-in-chief of the Human Rights Review. Upon receiving her degree, she was awarded Harvardwood's inaugural Artist Launch Fellowship for her fiction.
Since then she has been working on a novel, scrolling online, and thinking about that time someone told her cranberry juice tastes like it doesn't want to be wet.
